Administrative assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Data entry
  • Handle daily email register
  • Prepare quotation document
  • Clerical and organizational tasks
  • Reply correspondences or email messages
  • Ad hoc tasks assigned by management

 

Requirement:

  • Diploma/High Diploma in commercial studies or above
  • At least one year experience
  • Familiar with MS Office
  • English and Chinese Word processing
