The position is responsible to assist sales department from pre-sales to final project stage in Healthcare market.

The primary responsibilities include:

• Responsible for overall project management duties include site visit, tendering, quotation, preparation of project schedule, quality control, site supervision;

• Coordinate with internal departments and liaise with external parties to complete the project.

Requirements:

• Individuals who meet the following requirements or possess the equivalent combination of competence and experience are invited to apply:

• Higher Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Building Services/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent discipline;

• Minimum 2 years project experience in site/ construction areas, preferably with healthcare projects experience;

• Good interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills;

• Be adaptable and able to work independently, under pressure, work overtime;

• Have strong organizational skill and good logical mindset;

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese;

• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office;

• Immediate available is highly preferred.
