Responsibilities:

•     Process customer enquiries for spare parts in railway system

•     Prepare and negotiate offers with local customers

•     Coordinate proposal with oversea headquarters

•     Evaluate specific business opportunities for products / solutions

•     Resolve customer issues with the support from oversea headquarters

•     Contribute to the development of an After Sales Service that is focused on customers' needs

•    Build and maintain a customer focused network for business development in the railway industry

•     Plan sales volumes and potential of target customers

•     Provide information via CRM for forecasts and planning

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Engineering or Marketing discipline.

• At least 6 years or above solid experience in sales for industrial product or spare parts.

• Good command of English and Cantonese.

• Team player, able to work in complex environment and under pressure.

• Proactive and able to work autonomously on resolving customer issues.
