The ideal candidate will hold a CPA certification, have at least 10 years of finance experience, and possess a strong background in dealing with banking requirements, auditors, and tax matters within the property investment sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations and reporting for the company.

• Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions, ensuring compliance with our financial needs versus currently tightening banking requirements.

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.

• Supervise the accounting team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

• Communicate effectively with auditors and ensure compliance with auditing standards.

• Handle tax planning and compliance, ensuring adherence to local tax laws and regulations.

• Stay updated on Chinese laws and regulations impacting the property investment sector.

• Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes.

• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• CPA certification is required.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with a focus on property investments.

• Strong knowledge of current banking requirements and financial regulations.

• Well-experienced in dealing with auditors and tax compliance.

• Familiarity with Chinese laws and regulations.

• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.

• Knowledge of the F&B business is a plus.

• An Estate Agent's License is an advantage.

Working Conditions
