We are a leading OEM manufacturer of electrical household appliances for worldwide brand names. Based in Hong Kong, we have highly integrated production facilities in Guangdong Province and Batam, Indonesia.  We would like to invite high caliber individuals to fill the following vacancy:

Responsible for managing the engineering team to optimize production, leading process development, resolving complex technical issues and driving continuous improvement of productivity, quality, cost & safety through the application of Lean Manufacturing, DFX & Six Sigma methodologies

• Diploma or above in Manufacturing Engineering, Electronic Engineering or related disciplines

• At least 10 years’ experience in PCBA manufacturing including SMT, wave soldering, testing and automation in sizable electronic PCBA factories

• Experience in quality control and PCB layout design is preferred

• Familiar with ISO9001, ISO14001 and Six Sigma

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and highly quality-conscious sense

• Good command of English and Chinese
