Job Summary:

As a Data Center Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting our data center's hardware infrastructure. This includes installing, configuring, and troubleshooting server hardware, switches, routers, and other networking equipment. You will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our data center operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain server hardware, switches, routers, and other networking equipment.

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and network issues to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.

• Continuously monitor data center infrastructure to identify and address potential problems.

• Maintain accurate records of hardware configurations, network diagrams, and troubleshooting procedures.

• Provide technical support to other team members and assist with the deployment of new hardware and network solutions.

• Ensure all data center operations comply with industry standards and company policies.

• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

• Provide 7 x 24 operation of Data Center

Requirements:

• Experience in server hardware, switches, and routers.

• Strong understanding of network infrastructure and data center operations.

• Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and network issues.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends

• Relevant technical certifications or a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
