Manage the full recruitment and selection cycle, including reviewing job design and requirements, posting advertisements, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and preparing job offers
Support your supervisor in partnering with business units by providing insights, advice, and HR solutions on manpower planning, recruitment strategies, organisational set‑up and review, salary review, performance management, and talent development initiatives
Deliver a smooth and engaging on‑boarding and off‑boarding experience
Handle all HR formalities and documentation related to on‑boarding, internal movements, and off‑boarding, ensuring adherence to statutory requirements and internal governance standards
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date employee records in Workday and the HR filing system
Support the handling of disciplinary issues, work injury cases, and respond to general HR enquiries from staff
Partner with Compensation and Benefit Team to review commission, incentive and allowance schemes
Partner with Learning and Development Team to support recruitment, assessment, and experience management for the Management Trainee (MT) and Engineering Trainee (ET) Programmes, ensuring a meaningful, well‑supported, and engaging trainee journey across all rotations
Contribute to staff communication and engagement initiatives
Perform other HR duties and projects as assigned
You’ll be a Great Talent, if you possess…
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Social Science, Psychology, Business Administration or related disciplines
Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Recourses
Excellent interpersonal skills, able to interact with people of different levels and backgrounds
Self-driven for excellence, proactive and passionate with growth and agile mindsets
Detail-oriented, accurate, able to handle multi-tasks
Well-versed knowledge of employment-related legal regulations and requirements
Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
Workday experience is preferrable
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Candidate with more experience will also be considered as “Senior People Experience Officer”
