The incumbent will be responsible for a series of marketing initiatives for the assigned brands or product portfolio as below.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute trade marketing plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing and promotion programs

• Liaison and communicate with Principals

• Work closely with sales teams to achieve business targets

• Responsive sales forecasting, budget management & control

• Monitor the brand performance and A&P spend against the target

The ideal candidate should be:

• University graduate in Marketing or related disciplines

• At least 5 years relevant experience in FMCG

• Responsible, analytical, independent, self-motivated with excellent communication skills and able to work under pressure

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

• Proficiency in MS Office

• Immediate available is highly preferred
