Requirements:

· Form 5 with HKCEE Grade E in 5 subjects / Form 6 with HKDSE Level 2 including Chinese and English (Syllabus B) and Diploma in Building Studies / Architectural Studies or equivalent.

· Proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel) and Chinese Word Processing.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
