We are seeking to appoint an experienced Economics teacher who is a committed individual of high calibre to join our Secondary School. The person should look forward to delivering the highest quality of learning in a stimulating, happy and safe environment.

As such, the person can look forward to engaging students in character and values education, as well as participating in our vibrant student leadership culture in the school.

Candidates who are found suitable may also be considered for a Subject Head position if he/she has managed a department in their previous roles. 

Requirements:

• Possess an undergraduate Honours Degree in Economics and a recognised teacher qualification, i.e. Bachelor of Education, Postgraduate Diploma in Education or equivalent
• Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience teaching IB/A-level or IGCSE Economics
• Collaborate well with colleagues in the department on curriculum, assessment and resource development, as well as contribute to other departmental and school needs
• Have a strong commitment and passion for students, education and Economics.
