Assistant Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities

  • Provide a full spectrum of professional human resources services, including compensation and benefits, recruitment and selection, performance management, staff movement, and staff relations activities.

  • Collaborate with HR managers across the hotel group's properties to facilitate management reporting, organize group HR activities, and assist in the development of comprehensive HR plans and strategies.

  • Utilize the HRIS for strategic HR activities and budget preparation, aiding in workforce planning and cost forecasting.

  • Ensure effective management and user training of the HRIS to promote user engagement and streamline processes.

  • Execute ad-hoc projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • Degree or higher in Human Resources Management or Hospitality Management.

  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably in the hotel industry.

  • Solid knowledge of the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related legislative requirements.

  • Experience in the implementation of HRIS and managing HR projects is an advantage.

  • Proactive, flexible, adaptable, and able to plan, prioritize, and work under pressure.

  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing.

  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
