Accounting Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily accounting duties, including voucher entry, cheque preparation, bank reconciliation, filing, etc.

  • A/R settlement, Debit/Credit Note preparation .

  • Assist in month-end closing duties.

  • Handle other ad hoc duties when required


Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in accounting.

  • 5 years related experience in accounting

  • Good MS Word, Excel skills

  • Experience in or familiar with SAP system

  • Hardworking, responsible, able to work independently and under pressure

  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese.

  • Immediate available is preferred
