Job Responsibilities: 

• Oversee and manage the company’s budgeting, costing, and financial analysis processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency. 

• Conduct fixed assets valuation and management, including depreciation calculations and periodic reviews. 

• Prepare detailed financial reports, forecasts, and variance analyses to support strategic decision-making. 

• Develop and implement cost-control measures to optimize financial performance. 

• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, accounting standards, and statutory requirements. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations. 

• Support ad hoc financial projects and assignments as required. 

 Job Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Financial Management, or a related discipline. 

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a sizable enterprise. 

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations in China state-owned enterprises. 

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Powerpoint (advanced skills preferred) and experience with financial software (e.g., SAP). 

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. 

• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure. 

• Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit. 

• Fluency in both written and spoken Mandarin; proficiency in English is a plus.
