Job Responsibilities:

1、Procurement and Supply Management

• Formulate annual procurement and supply strategies and plans, define category, scale and budget boundaries

• Control the full procurement and supply process to ensure compliant and efficient operation

2、Supplier Management

• Establish a full-life-cycle supplier management system, conduct access review and hierarchical management

• Implement supplier performance evaluation to drive cooperation optimization

• Set up risk early-warning mechanisms and maintain stable cooperative relationships

3、PMO Affairs for Quality and Efficiency Improvement

• Lead quality and efficiency improvement projects, formulate plans and clarify division of labor

• Track project progress and coordinate cross-departmental resources to resolve issues

4、Direct Business Cost Management

• Formulate cost control plans, define control objectives and scope

• Analyze cost drivers and reduce costs via centralized procurement and negotiation

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Purchasing, Procurement, Logistics & Supply Chain, or related fields

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English, including Mandarin

• Excellent problem-solving ability, high level of accuracy and detail orientation

• Strong data analysis and logical thinking abilities

• Familiarity with Chinese writing format is preferred
