VP – China Institutional Sales – Indices

Principal responsibilities:

  • Formulate data business strategy, set AOP and deliver results accordingly
  • Keep abreast of the market development to introduce new data products/services to meet the client’s demand
  • Review the existing product design/specifications to ensure it aligns with the market standard and to introduce enhancements
  • Leverage on our data capability to broaden our data product offering to analytics platform
  • Special projects assigned by management from time to time

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of experience in the financial industry with client facing role preferred, candidate with less experience will be consider for Associate role
  • Bachelor in Finance, Economics, Business or other related fields
  • Good market insights with creative thoughts on future development of index industry
  • Ability to set priority subject to resource constraints, and strong project management skills
  • Good customer centric mindset to drive the business growth
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organization skills
  • A self-starter and dedicated collaborator with strong commercial mind-set
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
