Job Duties:

• Participate in pre-sales activities including solution demonstrations, presentations, proof-of-concept (POC) testing, and proposal development;

• Collaborate with product teams to identify opportunities, provide technology updates, solution enhancements, and customer training sessions;

• Deliver on-site technical support by logging requests, resolving issues or escalating them, while managing projects and product implementations across Windows, UNIX/Linux environments;

• Manage projects, product implementation and provide product expertise on different operation system environments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Higher Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or equivalent;

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in system administration, networking, infrastructure, or major operating systems like VMware, Windows, and Linux; MCSE/MCITP certifications preferred;

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English/Chinese, with a willingness to learn new technologies and solve problems independently;

Ability to handle non-office hours duties, work under pressure, and manage client/vendor interactions; extensive training provided.
