Job Duties:

• Implement and support endpoint solutions including desktop/device management, anti-virus/endpoint protection, and Network Access Control (NAC) for clients, working closely with product specialists on solution delivery and support.

• Lead POC environment setup, product evaluation, and policy configuration, produce technical documentation, deployment guides, and status reports for team leads and project stakeholders.

• Provide advanced troubleshooting and escalation support for technical issues.

• Manage customer engagements including requirement gathering, product demonstrations, and technical consultation on endpoint features and fit; drive ad-hoc projects such as patch rollout strategy, agent deployment planning, and endpoint policy optimization.

Requirements:

• Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field, with at least 2 years of experience in endpoint security, desktop management, or related infrastructure support/deployment roles.

• Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, MCSE/MCITP, or vendor-specific endpoint/NAC certifications strongly preferred.

• Strong command of English and Chinese (spoken and written); able to work independently, manage priorities under pressure, and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.

• Solid understanding of Windows OS management, networking/NAC concepts, and endpoint security architecture (AV, EDR, patch management).
