The Role
We need a capable HR professional to own and manage all people operations. You'll be responsible for keeping our HR function running smoothly while supporting our expansion across multiple markets.

What You'll Handle
Manage full HR operations from recruitment to compliance

• Recruitment & onboarding - Post jobs, screen candidates, interview, and onboard new hires

• Payroll & administration - Process monthly payroll, MPF, benefits, leave, and employee records

• Employee relations - Be the main contact for all staff matters, conflicts, and workplace issues

• Performance management - Run performance reviews, feedback sessions, and development plans

• Compliance - Ensure all HR practices meet HK Employment Ordinance requirements

• HR analytics - Track turnover, attendance, performance data to identify improvements

• Strategic support - Contribute to org planning and our AI-wellness transformation

You're Our Person If You Have

• 1-2 years hands-on HR experience managing full HR functions

• Knowledge of HK Employment Ordinance and labor practices

• Proven ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities

• Strong Excel and organizational skills

• English + Cantonese + Mandarin fluency

• Self-starter attitude who takes ownership

• Interest in wellness and tech innovation
