About the Role | 職位簡介

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Global Logistics Coordinator to oversee inbound and outbound shipments, freight auditing, customs compliance, and drop shipment activities. This role is critical in ensuring products move efficiently across global supply chains while maintaining excellent service levels and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities | 主要職責

• Monitor and expedite inbound and outbound shipments to ensure on-time delivery.

  • 監控及跟進進出口貨運，確保貨物按時送達。

• Proactively identify and resolve shipment delays, disruptions, and transportation issues.

  • 主動識別及解決貨運延誤、運輸異常及物流相關問題。

• Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure smooth customs clearance and compliance.

• Track shipments and provide timely updates to internal stakeholders.

• Identify carrier service failures and process claims or credit requests according to carrier guidelines.

• Arrange expedited shipping solutions when required, including next-flight-out, hot shot, and drop shipment services.

• Prepare competitive domestic and international freight quotations while balancing cost and service quality.

• Investigate missing or delayed shipments and initiate freight claims when necessary.
