Responsibilities
Handle the logistics operations smoothly (including but not limited to unloading/unboxing for the inbound shipment, to perform order verification).
To ensure in/outbound shipment compliance with customs regulations.
Responsible for handling in/outbound operation arrangement
Prepare shipping documents including AWB/booking, packing list, invoices, etc.
Track delivery status and resolve shipping-related issues.
Monitor and follow up on abnormal shipments, such as received in shortages, damaged upon receipt, etc.
Liaise with Accounting Department to ensure timely payment
Collaborate with internal departments for shipping scheduled orders and urgent requests
Coordinate shipments with local and international carriers for quotation, shipping arrangements, special requirements, etc.
Filing and other administrative tasks
Support the month-end closing
Work overtime is required when necessary
Undertake other duties and ad hoc assignments as required.
Requirements
High school graduation or above
Fresh graduates are welcome
Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese, and Putonghua
Self-motivated, responsible, strong problem-solving skills, well-organized
A team player with good interpersonal & communication skills, and the ability to work independently under pressure
