Account Clerk

Responsibilities:

  • AR collection
  • Create invoice and credit note to customers
  • Check & prepare management reporting
  • Assist to verify warehouse related costs
  • Assist supervisor for credit review function
  • Maintain customers master file
  • Update daily bank file, data entry and filing
  • Handle ac hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above, LCCI Level 2
  • Have relevant working experience is preferable
  • Responsible, detail-minded and team player
  • Familiar with MS Word and Excel, Outlook
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Immediate available will be an advantage.
  • Working Location: Tsuen Wan, N.T.
