Responsibilities
 

• Maintain smooth operation in the bar area

• Provide and serve beverages to guests, able to mix different cocktails

• Provide consistent, high quality beverage and service to guests 

• Build and maintain a good relationship with members

• Ensure SHHK service standards and ethos are maintained at all times 

• Effectively supervise your staff time and productivity whilst at work 

• Has knowledge on how to build and construct cocktails 

• Oversee the use of bar tools from staff, keep clean, organized, and safe 

• Serve customers with a friendly, helpful, and professional attitude 

• Handle and move objects, such as glasses and bottles, using hands and arms 

• Manage, oversee, and organized inventory behind the bar 

• Mix ingredients according to how drink recipes and standards 

• Perform physical activities such as lifting, stooping, and moving 

• Knowledgeable about all product behind the bar 

• Show up to shift on time, in uniform, and ready to work 

• Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements
 

• 2-3 year relevant work experience, preferably with club or hospitality experience

• Ability to build relationships with colleagues and customers and ensure mutual satisfaction Customer-oriented and outstanding people skills

• Fluent in speaking both Cantonese and English
