Overview:

We market a portfolio of watch brands to a global audience. This is a hands-on delivery role centred on creator outreach, seeding, and influencer partnerships, alongside our day-to-day social. We provide brand assets, but they're a starting point, not a finished story — your job is to understand each product and build content and narratives out from what we give you. Real creative room, within a clear brief.

Job Responsibilities:

• Build content that carries each product's selling points — telling one watch from several angles to stay fresh

• Extend our assets into finished content, using AI tools to produce and adapt at pace

• Land each piece precisely: format, angle, caption, and timing per platform

• Plan and maintain the social calendar; handle DMs and comments

• Build and work outreach pipelines across creators, enthusiasts, and media

• Run gifting and seeding end to end — sourcing, logistics, follow-through

• Fold strong creator content back into our schedule to round out the story

• Negotiate partnerships, and track deliverables and proof of placement

• Leverage influencer reach to drive organic traffic to our sites

Requirements: 

• Diploma or Degree holder in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in social, outreach, seeding, or influencer marketing — preferably in watches, fashion, accessories, or lifestyle

• Strong storytelling craft

• Confident with AI content tools to produce and adapt at pace

• The instinct to build on limited assets rather than wait for finished ones

• Takes direction well and delivers precisely

• Excellent written and spoken English
