We're looking for talented Software Engineers who specialize in Backend systems, Mobile SDK development, AI-powered solutions, or both. You’ll help shape the future of wearable and mobile AI alongside a fast-moving team that takes ideas from prototype to production with speed and purpose.

What You’ll Do

Depending on your specialization, your responsibilities will fall into one of the following tracks:

Backend Engineer

• Design, develop, and optimize backend services for smart glasses and mobile ecosystems.

• Build robust APIs that integrate AI features like chat, translation, image recognition, etc.

• Deploy and manage scalable, cloud-native infrastructure (preferably on AWS).

• Support real-time communication use cases.

• Focus on system performance, security, and maintainability.

AI Engineer

• Research and develop AI features such as multimodal chat, real-time speech translation, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), computer vision, etc.

• Fine-tune and deploy LLMs or vision models on cloud and edge devices to support low-latency applications.

• Stay up to date with the latest in generative AI, NLP, and CV—and bring those innovations into production.

• Collaborate closely with backend, mobile, and hardware teams to build cohesive user experiences.

Mobile SDK Developer

• Build native iOS/Android SDK using Swift and Kotlin.

• Apply multithreading and concurrency programming models effectively.

• Implement and optimize features requiring Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) and Wi-Fi stack.

• Build and optimize AI-powered mobile apps (Local LLM, NLP, CV, etc.) running locally with low latency and efficient resource usage.

• Develop applications that run continuously in the background with low power consumption.

• Collaborate with AI and backend engineers to deliver seamless end-to-end experiences on wearable and mobile platforms.

What You’ll Need

General Requirements (All Candidates)

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Self-driven, curious, and excited to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills, a can-do attitude, and a collaborative mindset.

• Experienced engineers will be considered for senior roles.

For Backend Engineers

• Strong programming skills in TypeScript/Node.js.

• Experience with NoSQL databases and SQL database.

• Experience working OpenAI API, LangChain or other LLM framework in a backend context.

• Experience with cloud-native applications (AWS preferred).

• Understanding of real-time systems or streaming technologies.

• Familiarity with backend frameworks such as Express, NestJS, Fastify, etc.

For AI Engineers

• Proficient in Python and familiar with modern ML frameworks like PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, or TensorFlow.

• Strong understanding of LLMs, NLP, real-time translation, computer vision, etc.

• Experience with LangChain, RAG pipelines, or multimodal AI tools and frameworks.

• Experience deploying and optimizing AI models for cloud or edge inference.

• Knowledge of model optimization techniques (e.g., quantization, pruning, distillation) and fine-tuning for low-latency applications.

For Mobile SDK Developers

• Proficiency in Swift (iOS) and Kotlin (Android).

• Experience with multithreaded and concurrent programming.

• Strong knowledge of BLE and Wi-Fi stack communication.

• Experience developing and optimizing on-device AI applications.

• Proven track record building apps that run reliably in the background with low power consumption.
