We are looking for an energetic, motivated Customer Service Officer to support our retail shops (Mong Kok, Lai Chi Kok, Yuen Long, Causeway Bay & Happy Valley)

Graphic Designer

Position Overview

The graphic designer is responsible for finding the best ways to visually represent our company’s products. It is very much a people-oriented job, involving development of high-level creative concepts for design projects including branding, animations and infographics for video, print and social media outputs. He/She has to work with internal Sales & Marketing teams, pitching designs, and understanding their needs and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Generate creative concepts and designs to cope different marketing campaigns, shops / outlets display and promotion programs.
  • Jobs Including page layout, presentation design, icon creation and photo editing, video / amination clip production and editing.
  • Having ability in artistic input and design for print materials, video contents and social media products.

Required Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in Fine Arts or related field; may be substituted with commensurate work experience
  • At least 2 years of visual design and video editing experience
  • Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, video editing and web limitations; have the ability to storyboard or translate ideas to presentation.
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe collections, InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator, in addition to an understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and video edit Programs
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • A team player, who is also self-motivated.
  • Print and web design capabilities
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS.

Terms

  • Full-time position with three months probation period.
