Sales Coordinator / Sales Assistant

JOB HIGHLIGHTS

  • Liaising with clients and factory for inquiries
  • Experience in printing (open to fresh graduate)

PURPOSE OF POSITION

This role is to assist in the order processing and to provide professional customer service.

GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Liaising with clients and factory for inquiries
  • Prepare quotation and relevant documents
  • Handle order raised and processing within time frame, included production, shipment and documentation
  • Daily communication with factory, ensure orders are in normal status and on-time delivery
  • Handle customer enquirers and correspondences

REQUIREMENTS

  • Good interpersonal skills to work with China factory
  • Well-organized and good communications skill
  • Proactive, independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Aggressive and positive working attitude
  • Good in both spoken & written English and Mandarin
  • Relevant experience in advance (fresh graduate also be welcome)
  • Immediate available preferred
