Job Responsibilities

• Handle HR functions including compensation & benefits, recruitment & selection, performance management, employee relations, personnel services and administration;

• Manage employees attendance and leave records;

• Prepare HR and Administration monthly analysis report for management review;

• Support on Ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years of human resources experience;

• Degree in human resources management, business, language or related discipline;

• Well-versed in the employment related ordinances in Hong Kong;

• Attentive to detail and able to work independently;

• Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese;

• Proficient in MS Office applications;

• Knowledge of HRIS - Flex would be an advantage.
