About Us

We are a Hong Kong-listed property developer seeking for a motivated and talented individual to join our Company.

 

Your key responsibilities

  • Support the formulation and execution of real estate acquisition, disposal and redevelopment strategies

  • Assess market values, financial returns and strategic fit of target properties

  • Conduct market research, financial analysis and feasibility study on accurate land and property valuation

  • Track, analyze and report on general conditions, investment trends, and industry developments

  • Build and maintain effective relationships with property agents to explore business opportunities


Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree holder in Surveying, Real Estate or related disciplines

  • Holder of MRICS (Valuation) or MHKIS (General Practice) is a must

  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in real estate sector

  • Good knowledge of government procedures, land administration and valuation processes

  • Outgoing personality with effective negotiation and communication skills

  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
