We are a Hong Kong-listed property developer seeking for a motivated and talented individual to join our Company.

Your key responsibilities

• Drive the creative direction and lead the design process of the Group’s luxury residential/ house projects from concept to completion

• Prepare and review design submissions from consultants and/or contractors including concept design proposal, schematic and detailed drawings, tender document, construction drawings and material submissions

• Take lead in material sourcing and procurement; identify appropriate suppliers and compile detailed specifications and good design details

• Ensure compliance with Hong Kong building regulations, fire safety codes, accessibility standards, etc.  

• Liaise and collaborate with internal project managers, consultants, and contractors to align project goals and expectations

Your profile

• Bachelor Degree or above in Interior Design, Architecture or related disciplines

• Recognized professional qualifications e.g. HKIDA, HKIA or equivalent

• Minimum of 10 years post qualification working experience in international interior design firms or sizeable property developers

• Familiar with Building Regulations would be a definite advantage

• Strong vendor management skills with proven experience in handling luxury residential/ house projects

• Resourceful, a good team player with a design-driven mindset

• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, Photoshop and 3D rendering software

• Conversant in both spoken and written English and Chinese
