SPCA is Hong Kong’s largest animal welfare organization. As we are a non-subvented charity, our work is reliant on public donations. We are now seeking Fundraisers to help raise donations through face to face contact
Part-Time Donor Engagement Assistant

Job Purpose

The position will be responsible for performing clerical duties as assigned.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Support daily operations and service to our donors by responding to donor's enquiry in a professional manner through different channels.
  • Work closely with Finance department to manage administrative aspects of donations.
  • Maintain the donors’ databases including regular data entry of donors’ information.

 

Experience, Skills & Abilities:

  • Experience of working in a fundraising or sales/customer-facing role would be an advantage
  • General office working experience is required.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
