We are looking for a highly capable and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our Hong Kong office. The successful candidate will assist in overseeing the accounting and finance functions of multiple business entities within the group, working closely with regional teams across Hong Kong, Mainland China, and Vietnam.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the accounting and financial management of a Hong Kong trading company, including procurement from PRC suppliers and sales to global markets.

• Prepare schedules and analyses for a group of office rental property companies.

• Review and monitor the accounting operations of the Vietnam factory, including management reporting, cost analysis, inventory accounting, and coordination with local finance teams.

• Support and review the accounting and HR-related matters of the Shenzhen office human resource center.

• Prepare management accounts, journals, reconciliations, schedules, and financial reports.

• Analyze financial data, investigate variances, and explain key movements to management

• Support ad hoc finance and operational projects as required.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.

• HKICPA student member or full member is an advantage.

• Solid accounting experience, preferably with exposure to manufacturing / factory-related accounting and inventory / cost accounting.

• Experience in factory accounting and related operational accounting is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal control.

• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting systems.

• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

• Good command of English and Chinese.
