Responsibilities:

• Prepare completion reports, plans, invoice or any required documents for the project;

• Monitor the project programme to be completed on time.

• Liaise with clients, consultant to establish and maintain close working partnerships

• Coordinate with the labours, sub-contractors and project managers to resolve technical issue.

• Conduct site inspection with project manager and assist to prepare quotation.

• Report to Project Manager for work progress.

• Be involved with the negation and settlement of variation & claims

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates will also be considered.

• High diploma or above in building studies/quantity surveying related disciplines preferred.

• Strong sense of responsibility, good interpersonal skill, willing to learn.

• If have Safety experience oe SS cert will be Preferred consider

• Immediate available preferred.

• Good computer skills in Microsoft Office, Auto CAD.

• Able to read and write Chinese and English.
