Duties:

• Handle full sets of books and follow-up accounts receivables issues;
• Ensure accurate and timely month-end closing;
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly financial reports and reconciliations;
• Assist in preparing financial budgets, cash flow projections and audit schedules
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as necessary.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in accounting or related disciplines;
• 3 to 5 years of accounting experience, at least 1 year at supervisory level; Knowledge in MYOB accounting software;
• Proficiency in MS office, including Excel and Word, and Chinese Word Processing;
• Good command of both written and spoken in English and Chinese;
• Mature, responsible, independent, hardworking, able to meet deadlines under pressure;
• Experience in PRC accounting and tax will be an advantage;
• Immediate availability is preferable.
• Less experience will be considered as Accounts Supervisor
