Job Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts including affiliated companies independently

• Handle daily accounts operation including vendor invoices, staff expense claims, vendor payments, bank reconciliation and monthly accounting schedules, cash flow analysis

• Handle inter-company transactions and reconciliation

• Prepare month-end & year-end financial statements, financial analysis and budgeting

• Monitor and oversee Management Company to operate overseas real estates

• Responsible for rental and maintenance of local real estates

• Manager and handle Director's private investments, including company shares, insurance, properties, etc.

• Assist in ad hoc assignments assigned by Supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Accountancy / Finance or any related discipline

• Member of recognized accounting qualification (HKICPA/ACCA)

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in handling full set accounting experience and/or audit. Stable job experience is a must

• Independent, self-motivated, good interpersonal and analytical skills, strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded with high level of accuracy

• Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines

• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)

• Strong proficiency in MS Word/Excel

• Some travel in Mainland China

• Immediate availability is preferable
