Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Communication: Plan and execute integrated communication strategies to enhance corporate visibility and reinforce market leadership.

• Team Leadership & Social Media Management: Lead a small team in managing SLD’s social media presence across Mainland China, Hong Kong, and key international markets, including platforms Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, WeChat, RedNote, Douyin, Weibo, etc.

• Stakeholder & Content Management: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and manage the social media schedule to ensure strategic alignment and maximize the results of all promotional activities.

• Digital Analytics & Insights: Oversee and conduct ongoing digital performance analysis using key tools (e.g., Google Analytics for SEO, Meta Business Suite, Advertising Metrics, LinkedIn Analytics) to monitor, optimize, and derive actionable insights.

• Public Relations & Integrated Promotion: Manage PR activities with the agency, including press releases, media interviews, and corporate events. Integrate these initiatives with social media promotion for a cohesive strategy.

• Global Promotion Support: Support promotional initiatives and event management for business expansion in overseas offices, such as Milan, Bangkok, and the Middle East.

• Assist with ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• A university graduate with 10+ years of communications / social media management experience, with at least 3 years in a team leadership role.

• Proficient in developing integrated communication strategies across PR, digital, and social media.

• Social media expert for both Hong Kong / International and Mainland Chinese platforms.

• Digitally savvy and analytical, with hands-on experience in SEO, Google Analytics, and social media insights to guide strategy.
