Job Duties:
l Supervise the operation of a soft furnishing (軟裝) team
l Undertake design projects (mainly High-end residential) from concept to completion
l Develop design solutions that meet customers’ briefs for both China & International market, as well as in line with the company objectives, within the pre-set timelines and budget
l Brainstorm initiatives to support the team’s creative delivery
l Conduct presentations to clients
l Work closely and manage jobs with teammates to ensure the projects are well implemented and met with quality
l Carry out ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management
Requirements:
l Degree in Interior Design or equivalent
l Minimum 8 years relevant experience including 3 years’ management experience
l High level of presentation, leadership and communication skills
l Strong aesthetic sense in terms of materials, textures, colors and detailing
l Passion for creative ideas and optimistic thinking
l Ensure the project meet deadline and able to work under pressure
l Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua)
l Proficient in AutoCAD, Illustrator & Photoshop
l Willing to travel, whenever required
l Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Associate Design Director
