Job Duties

• Attend project coordination meetings across all phases of the project.

• Provide technical support to design teams, assess technical feasibility and constraints, ensure material compliance with performance, safety and other technical requirements.

• Assist in coordination with Clients, consultants, contractors, and interdisciplinary teams; manage sub-consultant schedules and project deliverables.

• Assist management of tender processes, respond to technical queries, evaluate submissions, etc.

• Assist in construction-phase administration, including RFIs, drawing revisions, site meetings, and defect inspections.

• Assist in Aconex document management to ensure protocol compliance and document accuracy.

Job Requirements

• Minimum five years professional working experience

• Degree/diploma in Architecture/Interior Design/Project Management/Construction Management, or related discipline

• Experience in managing high-end interior architecture and design projects

• Self-motivated, organized with strong technical knowledge in interior design, luxury hospitality experience and excellent communication skills

• Fluent in spoken English and Mandarin

• Proficiency in Aconex is desirable.

• Available for travel
