Key Responsibilities: 

• Maintain proper accounting records and bank reconciliations

• Handles in the operation of daily accounting operation, AP, monthly reconciliation.

• Preparing payment requests and track expenses paid

• Assist in annual audit, final accounts

• Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned

  
  

About You
You should have/be:  

• Diploma or LCC intermediate or above

• 0 - 2 year accounting experience.

• Experience with MYOB is preferred

• Familiar in using Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PPT)

• Solid accounting foundation, able to handle basic accounting independently

• Self-driven and with good sense of responsibility to have tasks accomplished on schedule

• Fluency in written English and Chinese

• Immediate availability is preferred
