(Senior) Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for a commercially-minded Executive to support revenue growth for Strawberrynet’s official website (DTC) across global markets.

Job & Responsibilities:

  • Performance & Growth: Drive global DTC revenue across Strawberrynet’s official website. Execute end-to-end strategies focusing on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and CRM to hit conversion targets.

  • Commercial Analysis: Perform GP/margin calculations and discount modeling. Conduct promotion ROI/ROAS reviews to ensure profitable growth.

  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize GA4 and BI tools to track global performance (Net Sales, AOV, CR). Identify anomalies and provide actionable items for regional optimization.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the bridge between Marketing, Merchandising, Ops, and Logistics to ensure campaign readiness and seamless execution.

  • AI Integration: Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT/Automation) to accelerate reporting, insight extraction, and workflow efficiency.

Do you have the following?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or commercial operations (Beauty industry experience is a significant plus).

  • Proven track record in managing Google/Meta Ads and utilizing CRM systems to drive retention.

  • Strong numerical logic and proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Basic Modeling).

  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Executive.
