Job Duties:

• Execution Oversight: Supervise the execution of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards

• Risk Management: Identify potential risks to project success and develop strategies to mitigate those risks proactively.

• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

• Progress Tracking: Monitor project progress, providing regular updates and reports

• Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet established quality standards and comply with relevant regulations.

• Documentation Maintenance: Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including progress reports, meeting notes, and change logs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Pharmaceutical Sciences, Nutrition, Business management, etc.).

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the pharmaceuticals or supplements industry.

• Strong understanding of GMP manufacturing, regulatory requirements and quality assurance processes.

• Experience with production flow and product development processes for pills.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Knowledge of market trends and consumer needs in the health and wellness sector.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).

• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.

• Japanese language proficiency (N2 or above) preferred but not a must
