Cost Accounting Manager

Key Responsibilities

🏭 ERP Implementation & Cost Governance

  • Lead Epicor ERP configuration for multi-plant cost tracking (Mexico/China/Cambodia)

  • Establish standard costs for small appliance manufacturing (materials, labor, overhead)

  • Analyze production variances between MX/CN/KH factories

✈️ Cross-Border Coordination

  • Quarterly 2-week site visits to Mexico plant for process alignment

  • Occasional trips to Cambodia

  • Collaborate with Hong Kong HQ on intercompany transfer pricing

  • Train local teams on cost control protocols

📊 Management Reporting & Cost Supervision

  • Prepare consolidated cost reports for group leadership

  • Develop KPIs tracking plants operational efficiency

  • Supervise costs and spending of factories

Requirements

✅ Core Qualifications

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline (mandatory)

  • 5+ years manufacturing cost accounting (OEM/ODM preferred)

  • ERP implementation experience (Epicor preferred)

  • Fluent English (mandatory); Spanish a plus

  • Experience working abroad (Mexico/SE Asia preferred)

  • Professional certifications (CMA, CPA) welcomed
