Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the onsite and site office project team to ensure a smooth operation and satisfactory progress

  • Full set of project records, including site instructions, site memorandums, letters, submission and approval records, drawings etc

  • Liaise with Clients, Sub-contractors, consultants, designers and team members about construction details and all site matters to achieve high quality standard and effectiveness

  • Ensuring the materials, project details and workflow are complied with QA / Safety / Environment Policy as well as Condition of Contract

  • Handle any ad-hoc assignments on sites


Requirements:

  • Degree or above in Building / Construction related subject

  • At least 15 years’ experience in construction, decoration or fit-out projects, of which at least 5 years in managerial level in fit-out industry

  • Previous working experience in interior fitting-outs projects in other regions will be a definite advantage

  • Good communication, site management and contract administration skills

  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

  • Strong planning & organization skill

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word & Outlook

Candidate with less experience but able to demonstrate solid experience in fit-out projects can be considered as Assistant Project Manager
