Job Description :

• Arrange the product testing & certification for customer orders and closely follow-up with test lab/supplier/internal team on all issues
• Key contact for customers to provide requested technical information and reports/certs
• Work with factories & 3rd Party testing lab for sample drawing and submission
• Implement quality improvement plans for suppliers based on inspection findings or complaint from customers
• Review product samples in terms of workmanship, construction, compliance with US/EU norms/ standards/directive, work on problem solving actively with test lab, supplier, engineer
• Check artwork, IM, labels in terms of legal compliance & accuracy of technical specs
• Follow up on Corrective & Prevention Action Plan with our vendors after customer’s audit, to ensure they can comply with customer’s requirements
• Any other ad-hoc task or duties as required

Requirements :

• Diploma or above in engineering or quality disciplines
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Toys/Nursery/Hardline industry
• In-depth knowledge of US/EU/International standard, e.g ASTM, EN71/chain store customers’ compliance and evaluation issues, QA standard, policies, and documentation procedures
• Familiar with C-TPAT, BSCI, ICTI, ISO 9001, FCCA audit
• Self-motivated, good problem solving, communication skills & inter-personal skills, strong team player
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Good command of both written and oral English & Putonghua
• Good at operation of Microsoft Office & Advanced Excel skill set
• Willing to travel and short stay in China if necessary
