MARKETING MANAGER

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation of online/offline marketing campaigns and sales analysis to achieve business goals

• Manage and analysis the performance of the digital marketing channels including E-shop, Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, Google Ads & YouTube, etc. & insight into upcoming social media trends

• Optimize and monitor SEM, SEO, ATL and BTL performances

• Work closely with various internal departments for all sales and marketing program implementation

• Develop product strategies and perform go-to the market in order to drive the business growth and market competitiveness

• Lead and manage the marketing and designers team including the China office team members in order to plan and execute online and offline promotional and video shooting activities

• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising or other related disciplines

• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in the consumer electronics or lighting industry in which 2 years in managerial experience

• Good knowledge in Digital media, Google analytics, AI-powered tools and product management

• Creative, positive-thinking, strong business sense with analytical, presentation and problem-solving skills

• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and multitask.

• Immediate availability is preferred.

• Candidates with less experience will be considered as assistant marketing manager
