Key Responsibilities

Demand Planning

• Validate and monitor the accuracy of demand forecasts at multiple levels of aggregation (SKU, category, location).
• Collaborate with the Marketing and Product teams to incorporate promotional activities, new product launches, and lifecycle changes into the forecast.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and bias; implement corrective actions to improve performance.
• Validate and ensure the accuracy of the production suggestion data.

Inventory Management

• Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing excess and obsolete (E&O) stock.
• Monitor and adjust inventory levels for new products launches
• Set and maintain inventory parameters (safety stock, reorder points, lot sizes) based on demand variability and lead times.
• Conduct regular root-cause analysis on stock-outs and overstock situations.
• Assist with the annual stock take & inventory audits

Reporting & Analysis:

• Regularly evaluate replenishment settings by product, factoring in safety stock, delivery lead times, and sales fluctuations.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to track supply chain KPIs , such as forecast accuracy, stockouts, inventory turnover, fill rate, days of supply.
• Maintain dashboards to track 3PL performance on a regular basis
• Monitor e-commerce marketplace seller performance to ensure we consistently meet the platforms’ requirements
• Perform regular price analysis to review and optimize logistics cost 
• Prepare ad-hoc reports to facilitate data-driven decision-making for management.

Shipping Coordination

• Align the demand plan with supply planning to ensure production schedules meet forecasted needs.
• Act as the primary liaison for commercial / marketing teams regarding replenishment arrangement
• Coordinate outbound courier shipments from Hong Kong to overseas destinations.
• Back up support to the logistics officer for order fulfilment and shipping arrangements

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 3 years of experience in demand planning, inventory analysis, or supply chain planning.
• Technical Skills:  Advanced proficiency in Excel ( Pivot Tables, Power Query, complex formulas); experience with Tableau, Power BI,  and AI tools/agents is highly preferred.
• Language skills:  strong verbal and written communication skills in Cantonese and English.  Fluency in Mandarin is highly preferred.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience with FBA (Fulfilment by Amazon) shipping arrangements or within the cosmetics industry is a strong advantage

• Adaptability : Competent to work in a fast-paced and dynamic e-commerce environment that requires multitasking, flexibility and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet strict deadlines.
