Job Summary

We are seeking a Cloud Solution Analyst with Microsoft solutions experience, including Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Security. The ideal candidate should have some experiences in Cloud and enthusiastic in developing skill in technology.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage Azure resources such as virtual networks, storage, compute, identity services, defender and etc.

• Provision and configure Microsoft 365 services.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Azure, Hybrid Cloud and Microsoft 365.

• Communicate with customer and collaborate with the team for success delivery.

We are looking for:

• Higher diploma or above in IT related fields

• Minimum of 1 years in Cloud delivery, or a related role

• Knowledge of Cloud platforms technologies

• Hands-on experience on Cloud transformation with public cloud, especially on Azure and Microsoft 365.

• Essential knowledge of on-perm infrastructure and networking.

• Relevant certifications are a plus

• Good communication skills and presentation skills

• Willing to adopt new technology and strong problem-solving skills

• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese & English
