Job Summary

We are seeking a Cloud Solution Engineer / Analyst with Microsoft solutions experience, including Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Security. The ideal candidate should have some experiences in Cloud and enthusiastic in developing skill in technology.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Deliver and implement projects across hybrid and public cloud environments, including both cloud-native and on-premises infrastructures.

• Design, deploy, and manage Microsoft Azure solutions, leveraging services such as IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS, including Virtual Machines (VMs), Virtual Networks (VNets), Network Security Groups (NSGs), VPN Gateways, Storage Accounts, Azure SQL Database, Microsoft Fabric, and Microsoft Purview.

• Provision, configure, and support Microsoft 365 services, including Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Defender, and other cloud security and productivity solutions.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Azure, hybrid cloud platforms, infrastructure, networking, and Microsoft 365 environments.

• Work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery, meeting business and technical requirements.

• Keep abreast of emerging cloud technologies and best practices to continuously enhance service delivery and customer outcomes.

We are looking for:

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in cloud, infrastructure, or IT solution delivery roles.

• Solid understanding of cloud computing concepts and technologies, with exposure to public cloud platforms.

• Practical experience in cloud transformation, migration, implementation, or support projects, preferably involving Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.

• Fundamental knowledge of on-premises infrastructure, networking, and system administration.

• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Security, or Networking certifications) are advantageous.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive attitude toward learning new technologies.

• Effective communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

• Self-motivated team player with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin is an advantage).
