Job Summary

Do you want to work in a fast-growing Cloud company? We are currently seeking a skilled Accounting Officer to join our dynamic team at a leading Cloud company. As an Accounting Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing our financial operations and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and standards.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage the full cycle of accounts receivable, including invoicing, payment follow-up, and reconciliation

• Monitor aging reports and proactively follow up on outstanding balances

• Prepare and review provision for bad debts in accordance with company policy and accounting standards

• Coordinate with internal departments and external clients to resolve billing discrepancies

• Prepare AR reports and assist in month-end closing

• Support audit and compliance requirements related to AR

• Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance AR efficiency and accuracy

We are looking for:

• Higher Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in AR; candidates with more experience may be considered for the Senior Officer level

• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and standards

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

• Hands-on experience in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel) and accounting systems, experience in using Xero is a plus

• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
