Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide advisory services to internal end users and channel partners on the use of the cloud business operation platform

• Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to our system users and customers

• Support business data maintenance to update the latest company and product configuration

• Provide ongoing systems maintenance and administration on cloud business operation platform

• Own and develop relationships with overseas vendors, working with them to optimize and enhance our system integration

• Define reporting and alerting requirements for supporting business decisions and performance measurement

• Learn new technology such as Microsoft Power Platform and assist in developing additional business operation automation and productivity systems

We are looking for:

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines

• Minimum of 1-3 years in System Analyst /System Specialist is a must. Candidates with less experience may be considered for a junior role within the team

• Solid experience in conducting business and system analysis with strong business sense

• Experience in Financial system and billing system

• Experience in Microsoft Dynamic 365 is an advantage

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS and java-based script is an advantage

• Good analytical mind in troubleshooting and resolving technical problems independently

• Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
