Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for product developments
• Strong in costing and and new business development
• Monitoring and managing orders and seamless logistic procedures
• Strong price and contract negotiation skill
• Work closely with Mainland internal departments & external parties
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports
• Coordinate and monitor production of all contracted items until final delivery
• ​Willing to station in Mainland 3-4 days a week

Requirements: 

• Degree holder or diploma in Management or related disciplines
• Over 10 years experience in household manufacturing sector
• Good negotiation and communication skills with customers
• Solid experience in PRC factory environment is advantageous
• Familiar with product developments of various materials including but not limited to metal, plastic and ceramic
• Able to lead and motivate a team of staffs mixed with HK and China subordinates
• Experience in global trade is a MUST
• Proficient in spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Stationed in Jiangmen plant is a must.
